As a veteran- and woman-owned business proudly serving the Great Smoky Mountains region, we bring deep craftsmanship, integrity, and community commitment to every project — from ground-up builds to thoughtful remodels.
Andrea has been the heart of the business since 2006, bringing both creative and operational expertise to White Oak.
After running her own stained-glass business for over a decade, Andrea joined Bob to manage the business and HR side — helping the company evolve into the thriving, community-focused builder it is today.
Andrea embodies the “woman-owned” spirit of White Oak, championing innovation, growth, and client connection.
She remains active in the community, lending her leadership and organizational skills to Kairos of East Tennessee and other local initiatives.

With over 51 years of construction experience, Bob’s journey began in a Woonsocket high school vocational program, where he learned to build homes from foundation to roof. After serving 22 years in the United States Air Force, Bob transitioned fully into the construction industry, gaining expertise in roofing, siding, framing, and remodeling.
Over the decades, he has worked on projects ranging from small renovations to $7.5 million builds, served as a certified home inspector, and even acts as an expert witness in construction litigation cases.
Today, as the driving force behind White Oak, Bob brings his unmatched knowledge, certifications, and problem-solving skills to guide every project with precision and care.

Steve brings a disciplined and mission-focused approach to every job site.
After 21 years of service in the United States Marine Corps, he retired having led Marines across North Carolina, California, and finally Virginia at Quantico, where he was responsible for retention and assignments for over 5,400Marines.
His background in logistics, team leadership, and strategic planning makes him a cornerstone of White Oak’s project management team — ensuring each build runs smoothly, on time, and with military-level precision.
Stephanie is the organizational powerhouse behind White Oak’s operations, with 25+ years of experience in customer service, legal administration, property management, and event coordination.
She keeps the business running smoothly — overseeing accounting, office management, and client communications — while also leveraging her background in website building and social media to keep White Oak’s message strong and engaging.
